Before reporting a problem
Confirm you are using a current stable version of Chrome and the latest Reconce beta available to you. Reload the affected tab and retry the workflow once if it is safe to do so.
What to include in a bug report
Include the Reconce version, Chrome version, the website or type of workflow, the action that failed, what you expected, and what happened instead. Do not send passwords, payment data, private screenshots or exported projects containing sensitive information.
Current support channel
Reconce is currently an independently developed beta. For technical issues, open an issue or discussion through the public NBOUND.IN GitHub profile and clearly mention Reconce in the title.
Privacy and sensitive content
Recordings and screenshots may contain whatever was visible in the selected browser tab. Review and redact sensitive content before sharing exports or diagnostic material.
