1. About this policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the GharNaya Android application, a product by NBOUND.IN. GharNaya helps users create practical, budget-led room redesign plans from photos, generate illustrative AI makeover images, compare budget scenarios, save redesign history on their device and open shopping searches for recommended items.
2. Information you provide
When you create or refine a redesign, you may provide a room or space photo, room type, design goal, style preference, budget and optional customization instructions. GharNaya sends the information required for the requested feature to the GharNaya backend for processing.
Do not upload photos containing information you do not want processed as part of the redesign request.
3. AI processing and temporary media
GharNaya currently uses OpenAI services for AI-assisted room analysis, planning and image editing. The selected room image and relevant request context may therefore be transmitted to OpenAI solely to provide the AI feature you requested. OpenAI processes that information under its own applicable service and privacy terms.
Input images used by asynchronous AI jobs are stored temporarily on GharNaya infrastructure while the job is processed and are deleted after processing. Generated job output may be retained temporarily so a completed result can be recovered if your device disconnects or the app is closed. The current recovery window is normally up to seven days.
NBOUND.IN does not use room photos to build advertising profiles.
4. Local redesign history
Completed redesign history, before/after images, plan details and pending job recovery information are stored in the app's private storage on your device. You can delete individual saved redesigns in the app. Clearing GharNaya's app data or uninstalling the app removes this local data.
GharNaya does not currently require a user account.
5. Installation identifier and service usage
GharNaya creates a random installation identifier. The backend uses it to operate entitlements, rate limits, credit balances, free-use limits, abuse controls and resumable AI jobs. It is not designed to identify you by name.
The service may also process operational information such as AI-job status, request timing, endpoint usage, response status and IP address in server logs for security, reliability, abuse prevention and troubleshooting.
6. Purchases and AI credits
If you purchase AI credits through Google Play, Google handles payment-card and billing information. GharNaya receives the Play purchase information needed to verify the transaction and grant your credits. The backend verifies purchase tokens with Google and stores a cryptographic hash of the redeemed purchase token together with the product and credit entitlement needed to prevent duplicate redemption.
Google Play's own privacy policy applies to payment processing performed by Google.
7. Shopping searches and external services
GharNaya can open product searches on third-party shopping services such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, IKEA, Pepperfry, Myntra and Google Shopping. GharNaya may record the store, recommendation category and type of shopping action opened so NBOUND.IN can understand which recommendations are useful.
Once you open a third-party retailer or shopping service, its own privacy policy, account terms and payment practices apply. GharNaya does not receive your retailer payment-card details.
8. Data sharing
GharNaya shares information only where needed to operate a requested feature, process a Google Play purchase, open an external shopping service, protect the service, comply with law or enforce applicable terms. Current service providers and external platforms may include OpenAI, Google Play and the shopping services you choose to open.
NBOUND.IN does not sell personal information to advertisers.
9. Retention
Different information is retained for different periods. Temporary AI input media is deleted after job processing. Recoverable generated job output is temporary. Local redesign history remains on your device until you delete it, clear app data or uninstall the app. Purchase-entitlement and security records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to protect purchased credits, prevent duplicate redemption, investigate abuse, troubleshoot the service or meet legal obligations.
10. Security
NBOUND.IN uses measures including HTTPS, server-side secret storage, access controls, rate limiting and data minimization. No online system can guarantee absolute security, but GharNaya is designed to avoid collecting or retaining information that is not required for its current features.
11. Your choices and deletion
You can avoid AI processing by not submitting a room photo, remove saved redesigns from the app and remove all local GharNaya data by clearing app storage or uninstalling the app.

12. Children
GharNaya is a home-planning application and is not designed as a service directed to children. If the intended Play Store audience or product features change, this policy will be updated accordingly.
13. Changes to this policy
This policy may change as GharNaya adds or removes features, service providers or data flows. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
